【GENERAL SCOPE】
Your chosen commission by yuawa. Includes: PNG, Transparent Background PNG of character, PSD/Clip Files【PROCESS】You accept terms of service below. → I will begin your commission and send weekly/biweekly updates. → You will communicate your satisfaction/changes with each update, → Once you are completely satisfied with the commission you will send the full payment. → I will send you the unwatermarked files through VGen and/or your email.【TERMS OF SERVICE】
Product Delivery:
‣ Commission Work-in-Progresses/Updates will be sent to you exclusively to VGen.

‣ Commercial use such as reselling my work must be approved by me first, and will cost double and require creditting my tag.
‣ Credit for my work is necessary if my work is used outside of personal usage. E.g. in monetized videos, stream chats, stream announcements. It can be a small blurb in a description/credit/faq page or just anywhere convenient for you.REFUNDS AND EDITS
‣ I am allowed to cancel or refuse an order, under condition of full refund back to the client.
‣ Compensation from the client is required if they request a refund before the product deadline (75% commission price during flat colours phase is required for cancelling.)
‣ (Edited: July, 26th, 2026) During the process the client may ask for edits/revisions to the commission.Revision rounds will go as follows:I send over the drawing WIP → the client will respond at their ease (preferably within 2 weeks) of what they want to change. → They will send a list of edits they are satisfied and sure of. → I will send back the edited drawing WIP to ask for their input for if more revisions are needed.Revision Rounds Allowed Per Phase (RR)
Sketch Phase: 3 RR Allowed
Lineart Phase: 1 RR Allowed
Colouring Phase: 2 RR Allowed
Total: 6 RR (Revision Rounds)
If there are more than 6 Revision Rounds there will be an 20% charge of the base commission price for each following edit.It is highly recommended that you are clear about what you are requesting upfront or during the first few revision rounds.
Being prepared in your request form would mean submitting pose references, colour hexes/images picked, character references, character details etc.
